I Made It

For all my faithful Blog readers, I just wanted to let you know that I am currently in New Zealand. It was an interesting journey to say the least. While traveling through Korea and Australia before coming to NZ I felt like I had a giant sign around my neck every time I was in the airport. The sign read, "please stress me out, take my money, make me wait, make me cry, and interrogate me! No, really...I'm not tired, hungry, and alone. I need a challenge!" It was a very large sign for people to be able to read that from so far away. :) And apparently it was written in Korean too. Not to complain, but I have never had a more difficult traveling experience...and I've been in India for goodness sake! On the more positive side, it was very good to see Mike in Korea and Justin and Malia in Australia. I had a great time catching up and experiencing new things. Now I am here in Oxford New Zealand and we just started staff training today. I'm looking forward to the students arriving and starting the school on July 8th. We have an awesome team of staff that know each other really well and we have an awesome leader. It's ridiculously cold however, and a part of me is wondering why I am subjecting myself to a fourth winter, but we are hitting the slopes this weekend so I'm sure I will be reminded then. =) Take care for now. More pictures to come!
